13. Use, Sharing, Protection and Retention of Google User Data

13.1 When you authorize SmarterApp Tecnologia to connect to your Google account (for example, through Google OAuth to access Google Merchant Center or other Google APIs), we access, use, store and share the Google user data described below strictly to provide, maintain and improve the features you have requested. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell Google user data to third parties.

13.2 Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure of Google User Data

13.2.1 SmarterApp Tecnologia does not sell, rent or trade Google user data to any third party. Google user data obtained through OAuth-authorized scopes (including https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content) is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• 13.2.1.1 with subprocessors and infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting providers) strictly to operate, host and secure the application, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
• 13.2.1.2 with authorized employees and contractors of SmarterApp Tecnologia who require access to perform the specific integration functions you requested (for example, synchronizing product data with Google Merchant Center);
• 13.2.1.3 when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;
• 13.2.1.4 with your explicit consent, for any other purpose we disclose to you at the time we request your data.

13.2.2 SmarterApp Tecnologia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

13.3 Protection of Sensitive Google User Data

13.3.1 SmarterApp Tecnologia applies the following data protection mechanisms to Google user data and any sensitive personal data obtained through Google APIs:

• 13.3.1.1 encryption in transit using TLS/HTTPS for all communications with Google APIs and between our application and its backend services;
• 13.3.1.2 encryption at rest for stored credentials, access tokens and refresh tokens, and other sensitive Google user data;
• 13.3.1.3 role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege, limiting access to Google user data to only the personnel and systems that require it to provide the requested functionality;
• 13.3.1.4 periodic review of access logs and security controls to detect and prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Google user data.

13.4 Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

13.4.1 SmarterApp Tecnologia retains Google user data, including OAuth access and refresh tokens, only for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested or as required by applicable law.

• 13.4.1.1 if you revoke SmarterApp Tecnologia's access to your Google account (via your Google Account security settings or within the application), we will delete the associated access and refresh tokens and cease any further access to your Google user data;
• 13.4.1.2 you may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by contacting us at suporte@smarterapp.com.br, and we will delete such data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation;
• 13.4.1.3 Google user data associated with inactive accounts is automatically deleted after a defined retention period of inactivity, unless a longer period is required by law.
